Valdez, no flame but I don't think that eggs have a higher BV or Amino count than CFM whey isolate blends.
Good quality egg white protein concentrate BV is 88, whole egg concentrate BV is 100, whey concentrates <lactalbumin> are BV 104, and whey isolate blends are between 100 and 159!
Egg protein is good, and I seriously doubt that any protein with a BV of 90 or more is going make ANY difference due to absorption/BV. And SOY is the only complete vegtable protein avaiable. The evidence against soy for men is anectdotal. Some soy protein intake has even been proven beneficial for men. To the best of my knowledge, there have been no scientific studies of soy proteins in BB or PLers.
