I use several different varieties just to keep things from getting boring etc...I use Eclipse whey Isolate chocolate...its low carbs, put it in my oatmeal w/ natural pb and sweetnlow...I also use Ultra size from Beverly International...chocolate..you can eat w/ out adding anything tastes great....I also use Beverly International Muscle Provider...low carb...vanilla...add some cinnamon and sweetnlow...after workouts I use human muscle protein athletic performance...vanilla ecstacy, has 2 grams fat, 23 grams carbs, and 37 grams protein....But 9/10 I eat real food..only if I am in a hurry. I almost always have whey in my oatmeal, and always a shake after workouts....
