Starting to stress out at work and i am breaking out... what products do you take (orally) for acne... Face & back... I have a good face wash, and creams but want to try an inside out approach..
Sweat cleans your pores and prevents them from clogging (pimples). Try doing some activities like cardio to get some sweat going. I also like to use an apricot scrub soap to wash my face 3 -4 times a week. It's a girly product, but it cleans your face real good. Not sure what to use for the rest of the body.
