Anyone want to share their thoughts on what they use for a precontest cycle (non-steroid) to get hard and shredded. Be as scientific or simple as you wish.
I usually do the sodium deplete and potassium load thing during the last week. I was wondering if anyone had success with lots of sodium the night before the show or the morning of the show. I've heard some people doing this and getting super vascular as long as they do not drink any water. I believe it is from the increase in plasma volume. I usually loose some vascularity on contest day because of the lack of sodium
