There has been alot of talk about how important it is to have Dextrose or Maldextrose post workout..... Reasons are obvious for high glycemic carbs post workout..... I'm wondering what you guys use post workout? Do you actually buy Dextrose powder for post workout drinks, or do you just drink like Applejuice, or Cranberry juice and consider it just as good? I guess I'm wondering what is the best type of juice to use postworkout? I usually use Gatorade for my postworkout carbs, but I'm wondering what others use? Thanks....
