Best plant based protein?

i don't drink any sort of powder.

i would say if you want to stick to non meat products go with actual beans/peas (with enzymes)
It's more so for lactose reasons whey really is upsetting
 
If It's upsetting your stomach then just don't drink it that simple.
 
I would recommend making your own bone broth.

that would make a lot of sense.
 
definitely start making your own soups and bone broth. that's much more nutritious than anything in a powder form anyway
 
you can try isolate.

but it can still upset your stomach regardless.
