I feel for you guys, you seem to have it hard in the states.
In the UK, I go to my local drug clinic of which there are two in my town. I get them given to me free of charge. I tell them what is for and what colour pins eg, Greens or Blues, what size syringe, and the amount I need. I usually get given double what I require and the person who serves me advises that I do not use the same pin to inject that had been used to draw from a vial, reducing the chances of infection.
They even give me a yellow bin to put all my pins in and return it when it is full and friendly lecture about how to inject safely and a leaflet on steroid use.
Not forgetting the trip to the family planning clinic where condoms are free.
They seem to have the policy of if the pins are free then you will not share and reduce the risk of catching aids etc.

but in the uk they lift your image from the pharmacy security camera and send it to the local anti-muscle nazi office, who then run round your local supermarkets injecting frozen chickens and other protein sources with estrogens to neutralize your stack.
