that was good...anyways, i havent figured it out either...all i know is if you want to see 'em, you got to eat right and do cardio..try laying half on a flat bench with your legs hangin off up to your lower ass, hang a 25 pound plate from your legs or put it on top of your legs, lay down and raise and lower your legs, not to touch the ground, but to an inch off and only to the horizontal postion to your body, do not lift them higher...very good movement for your lower abs and also those groin muscles...
