I tried Avlimil and I thought it seemed to increase a little but then again, I don't really have any libido problems, I was more curious than anything. It's not a pill like cialis or viagra where you take it and it works right away. Avlimil says you need to take it for a couple of months to really see any benefits. I had asked around on another board if anyone else had tried it and one of the guys said his wife was on it for 4 months and it had no effect on her at all. Avlimil is basically a bunch of herbs, no actual drugs in it.

Test. will definitely increase libido, so if your girl's libido is lacking, have her go to her GYN and they can prescribe a test. cream or gell. They may want to test her hormone levels too. If she's on birth control, that will often lower sex drive.

Hmm, thanks for the info puddles. She is concerned about the side effects of test such as a beard but I will have her ask about it. She has tried over the counter stuff and it didn't do anything. I also got her some Maca and it did nothing. I get crazily horny from Tribex which I had to stop taking because being horny like that gets annoying if I cannot satisfy myself enough. Why do I keep seeing endless ads for erectile dysfunction when I cannot get myself to be NOT horny?? I am 31 and just as horny as I was when I was 18. Oh well.

The levels of test. in the creams for women are very low...much lower than a woman would use on cycle so I think risks of sides with these prescriptions are minimal. Definitely worth talking to her doctor about. You also mentioned you're 31...well, when a woman reaches her early 30's most of the time her sex drive will pick up. Mother nature is evil at times giving men their sexual peaks around 18-20 and women reach theirs in their mid/late 30's.

Perhaps she can get test from her doctor. That would be nice. As for alcohol, neither of us really drink much, I am trying to cut so alcohol won't help and she just doesn't drink much.
