Okay okay okay okay okay.
Lemme get this straight. I am eating a HUGE carb-up meal around 7:00 PM at night on my carb-up meal days. Then around 10:00 PM before bed I am eating 300 mg. ALA + cereal + skim milk. Is that okay? Then this meal will wake me up? Then again some cereal or whatever carbs with more 300 mg. ALA?
