Best LEGAL Fat-burner.. ?

I also am looking for the best legal fat burner.
Is it allowable to use Liquid ClenButrx for natural competitions? I am going to be leaning down for a natural competition in may, and recently found out that not all legal supplements (eg, andro) are allowable for natural athletes. Also, are there any side effects?
Previously I took Xenadrine. It worked great the first time I took it but when I took it 4 months later it did very little.
I've considered hydroxycuts but heard it makes you hyper, and I've heard that animal cuts upsets your stomach.
Does anyone have information on any of the above?

I just read on the massquantities page that flax oil helps get rid of fat...... Can it replace xenadrine or is flax really for someting else?
