Now and again maybe. Little bit too much fructose sugar for my liking. That said there's nothing to stop you adding a LITTLE fruit to a protein drink and blend it as a smoothie
There are some studies which suggest tart cherry juice will certainly be highly anti inflammatory
Grapes also
Me personaly, I drink some beets juice after workout, or I eat it with high GI food
But if you are looking for faster digestion you should always go for smoothies/juices rather than food
