I'm interested in your advice on the best HGH that I should be using. I was thinking of using anywhere from 2 to 5 IU's per day, but I'm not sure if that would be based on what I feel or based on what you recommend. I am around 200 pounds and my goal is to cut body fat and gain lean muscle. I would also like to improve my sleep. I'm trying to get the most out of my workouts as I train five or six times a week, so recovery would be crucial.
