Best HGH that I should be using

I'm interested in your advice on the best HGH that I should be using. I was thinking of using anywhere from 2 to 5 IU's per day, but I'm not sure if that would be based on what I feel or based on what you recommend. I am around 200 pounds and my goal is to cut body fat and gain lean muscle. I would also like to improve my sleep. I'm trying to get the most out of my workouts as I train five or six times a week, so recovery would be crucial.
 
HGH has a lot of benefits. It's good for fat loss. It's good for increasing your sleep. It's good for recovery. A lot of people do feel younger on it.
 
The beauty part about using growth hormone is you can adjust the dosing on a day-to-day basis. So one day you can go with 1 IU, the next day you can go with 3 IUs, and keep changing it every day.
 
Bros, I would go with anywhere from 1 to 4 I use per day. If you go higher, you need to stack in some insulin with it, but I don't see a point of going higher.
