Best hamstring growers

I have added a lot of mass to my hamstrings in the past six months by prioritizing them over quads. A lot of heavy stiff legged deadlifts, and seated hamstring curls. Very controlled movements, with a real focus on muscle hypertrophy

Movements I can also swear by. One exercise I would like to add though is GHR. That deep stretch you get in those is insane.
 
guys neglect hamstrings cause they don't see them in the mirrors. it is very important to not do that cause now you create imbalances

box squats and lunges do the trick for me.
