Start on page 2 as it took me a while to set the program up. I've gained about 16 pounds all natural. I have my diet spot on. Give us your stats and we can talk diet, which is the most important part of bulking.
I usually do 4 sets of 6 on compound exercises and 3 sets of 8 on isolations. Been working out nicely. Just not eating the cleanest but I'm getting better. Recently changed my routine so i could have a day specifically for arms and they are getting explosive.
