i don't care what anyone says the only foods that actually can help you lose weight are certain tropical fruits that contain fat burning compounds. you have to eat a lot of them though
at the end of the day it isn't about what you eat to lose weight.. it is avoiding the wrong things too. the body will store processed, refined, sugars.. also how often you eat makes a difference. stick to 2-3 meals per day that is it and no snacking. your grandma used to yell at you for snacking cause you would ruin your dinner.. now kids are taught to snack all evening.. and we wonder why everyone is fat
