it isn't just about THE FISH you eat but it also where it came from

not to be one of those 'disagree' people but salmon is technically one of the WORST ship to eat. why? because it is all farmed.. you want wild salmon? you need to go catch it yourself. they don't sell wild caught salmon in stores, even though they claim it to be wild.. they even add color and additives to the fish. those additives can actually kill a cat, and they are toxic to use in moderate amounts

so you want the healthiest fish? go fishing yourself

For omega 3 I would go with salmon, for pure protein, a white fish like tilapia or cod is a good option.

Anything wild caught.

Farm raised fish is raised in over populated and very polluted fish farms. The fish are literally swimming around in their own shit
