Advice Needed from the most experience and knowledgeable weight training athletes!!
I'm looking to become a ultimate weapon if you will!

Bio: Male, 21 years old, soccer player, 140 lbs, hardworking, dedicated to training.
Goals are to gain size, and speed. (With all the running due to soccer training it is difficult to muscle mass, looking for the best cycle to change that.)

Big thing is calories my friend.
Those supps together will put more lean mass on you than if you didnt have them, but only if you eat at a surplus of calories.. Meaning taking in more calories than maintenance.. More calories than you burn off each day. go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and you can calculate how many calories you intake per day!

ya what gamer said would be good, you could throw in some unleashed too. stay away from anything stronger til you put on some weight. 5'10'' at 140 pounds you have alot of natty progress to make still. plus your young so you will be good to go for a few years. keep workin hard man and i would stay away from cardio except for soccer practice, as i use to play soccer and i know how much you guys run, its ridiculous

ya gamers on it, i believe a to gain a pound a week you need to eat 3500 excess calories a week, an extra 500 calories a day. and your burning alot with all that soccer running, so you need to tank the food down

Agreed he needs to take advantage of all the carbs, protein and fats he can get hence the reason he is being told to up his calories. Basically, the inevitable complexity in bodybuilding is that while you are trying to build muscle and burn fat, your body would rather do the opposite: Burn muscle and build fat. This creates the inherent difficulty of walking around looking like Mr. Olympia or anything close to him.
To combat Mother Nature, bodybuilders employ a host of tricks to maximize their effort in the gym. The hope is to create a favorable adaptive response to all the weight they lift (build muscle). In order to do that, they must not only maintain ever increasing physical stress (intense weight training), but they must also fuel the endeavor by taking advantage of everything they eat. They want the carbohydrates they eat to fuel their workouts and replenish glycogen stores, the protein they consume to be available to build and repair muscle, and they want to do that without gaining body fat.

trust me bro. Im an 'endurance' athlete who does a ton of 'cardio' an for me to put on muscle I need to eat a lot.. if you are at 6% just keep eating until your bf% starts to go up slowly. thats a good start. if you are not gaining fat than you are missing out and not putting on muscle. i would bulk til you reach 10% and re evaluate then.

get a real good protein supplement and a real good cooler and always have a few MEALS in there.

First, I dont think you are ready for a AAS cycle if your coming in here and asking people to give you cycle doseages.

A great idea would be to get your diet in check, hit the weights, and not to any kind of cardio beside the soccer you are involved in.

A good start would be to look into a supplement to shuttle carbs into your body. This will allow you to eat above your maintance and push the nutrients that you muscles are starving for. The product that I keep in my regimen is Need2Slin. When I on the product, there are days when I have to increase my carb into 200-300 gms.

Look into a great protien supplement to help you get the extra protien to reserve and build new muscle. NTBM has great protien powders and are the best I have ever taken and I have been aroudn the block A FEW TIMES!!

hey guys ,i've read so many thread about how hcgenerate is good on AAS cycle and post cycle too . I've read tons of threads about how it does wonders for the balls and sex drive .But i was wondering what kind of results can you expect from hcgenerate for a young guy (mid 20's) who use that only on the natural way . yes, forma will show up as a false positive on the test. If you are a test pro athlete, I recommend PhytoSerms 347, HCGenerate, Need2Slin, Gear and staples.

Yes you will, and if you really want to amplify it, stack it with PhytoSerms 347 and magnesium oil

Advice Needed from the most experience and knowledgeable weight training athletes!!

Bio: Male, 21 years old, soccer player, 140 lbs, hardworking, dedicated to training.
