best carbs and whats so good about flaxseed oil

Should you try to get carbs from starches ar greens and fruits??? What are the benefits of flaxseed???
 
Flaxseed oil gives you essential fatty acids that are missing from most food we eat. Fatty acids are essential building blocks for many bodily functions and actually aid in fat loss.
 
If you are strict about your diet, then it is very important that you take flaxseed oil in the morning and at night. I usually mix 2 tablespoons with 1/2 protein shake in the AM, then the same in the PM. Dont buy the pills filled with flaxseed oil because they are more expensize and you actually get less oil overall!

Like Zyg said, flaxseed oil will help you get leaner! I know it sounds weird, taking in fat and losing it at the same time, but like he said, these are the good fats that your body gets seldom of and needs for dietary processing.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. Why take fat to lose fat. What what you said sounds good. As far as the carbs go, what is bad about fruit and greens (veggies). I rarely see that in anyones diets.

they are too high on the g i index which means they spike insulin
 
My company subscribes to a health newsletter and in the most resent issue the virtues
of ground flax seed.

To get to my point, flax has now be shown to help prostate health...the disturing
part is that it does this by reducing testosterone levels!

Has anyone else heard this?
 
Flax oil is kind of expensive so I just use Cod Liver Oil. The Cherry flavor ain't that bad either.
 
all of the above plus if you mix it with some whey before bed it should slow digestion down so your body has some nutrients all night long.
