best carb options ?

I recently went and saw nutritionist I’m 62 years old and I got on early social security. As part of my insurance I get to see a nutritionist once a month.
She wants me to get 55% of my nutrition from carbs. She said I should focus on mostly fruits and veggies but can get them from other stuff too. What are the best carb options for someone who wants the body build?
