I don't eat breakfast but will have a cup of black coffee most mornings. If I were to eat breakfast it would likely be just something simple like 2 eggs.
Usually a egg whites, potatoes, bell peppers, diced ham and whatever else I can throw in there. In a bowl or on a tortilla with some marie sharps extra hot hot sauce.
Oatmeal and 6 egg whites. All together will a very little water. Microwave 6 minutes(stir halveway) comes out thicker like a cake. Sugar free syrup on top.
