Best brand Creatine to use?

I read a study, but forget the address or I'd post it, that said EAS outperformed other tested brand by a long shot. I have a friend with a Pharm D that tells me 100% creatine is 100% creatine, but I think EAS makes a superior product. The study also showed the effects were multiplied when taken with certain sugars, and rated phosphagen HP the best product out there. From my experience, EAS products are slightly more expensive but worth the money every time.

Is CELL TECH really that bad or is it getting an unfair rep because it is so heavily hyped cos I thought it was good quality creatine monohydrate with a insulin spike delivery system made up of carbs and glucose etc. which was always the problem in the past - trying to get the creatine to the muscle . Is it because it's gimmicky expensive or is the theory behind it just BS?

The BEST creatine is Creatine Glycerol Phosphate made by METABOLIC NUTRITION. HANDS DOWN. We get it here in Baton Rouge, I don't know about other places. Cost about 41.00$ I would pay 50 for it. Its great. It makes you hard as a rock. This shit is awesome.

I hate to promote EAS, but I think their creatine is better too. It's ground much finer than the other brands I've tried.

Creatine is creatine though.

I like cell-tech for one reason. Its because it has 75 grams of dextrose. When taking insulin, you have to have carbs plus creatine and glutimine WILL make you grow. The reason behind cell-tech is the lipoic acid( it mimics insulin). So in the long run I do understand how it can be useful although expensive.

Ok....cell-tech is alright. Alpha lipoic acid can spike insulin levels. They give 200mg as well. However 75 carbs is too much. EAS has synthevol. It is exactly the same as cell tech minus the super high carbs.

The reason behind that much sugar is the insulin spike. 200mg of lipoic acid is suppose to mimic 10 ius of insulin. If you take insulin you are suppose to get10 grams of carbs per iu. Thats why there is 75 grams of dextrose. So actually it really isnt that much. The sugar should be shipped straight to the muscle cells instead of the fat cells in the spike.

I didnt say that!!! Now if you stack gh, insulin and cell-tech or any other creatine with high levels of dextrose you should be good to go. All that shit about lipoic acid being equal to insulin is bullshit. Thats just how they market it. Regardless it is hard to find creatine with that much dextrose. The best way is to go find some dextrose at a store and mix it with your creatine and then take some insulin....screw lipoic acid( as an insulin mimicker) Its good in other ways though.

Creatine is pretty straight forward actually, it is best to find a pure source like Creapure, that produces the Creatine for several well-known brands like SciTec Nutrition, Optimum, Prolab, and others. A lot of the complaints about creatine come from the impurities that you will find in cheaper, harder to absorb sources. Supplement companies often add enhancements like Taurine, Dextrose, ect. and these can be helpful.

I am a fan of Creatine Xpress by Scitec personally, but have also used Phophagen HP with good results. Go to www.creapure.com to get a real good understanding of Creatine, useage guidelines, ect.

That is exactly what I use also. Basically the same as cell-tech but alot cheaper. Have you tried their meal replacements?? I swear its the best shit out there!!!!!(raspberry cream)

Myomax is the best protein supp IMO, unfortunately they're pretty expensive. Usually, I drink them post workout only and use NLarge II at other servings throughout the day to be a little more cost effective.

creatine is too hardcore for me...i like to stick to more moderate stuff like anadrol and dbol. i just don't want to risk it.

Kwel reversal... lmfao

As I understand it, there's only a couple of factories in the world that produce this stuff. The resellers try to add value to it some way. For instance, re-grinding it to make it finer. For pure powder, I like whatever is ground up the most. Mixes easier.

lol

I just geta 10 doller bottle of met-rx microniced creatine 99% pure mix it in my favorite kool-aid mix up 1/2 tea spoon 3 times a day then wham bam thank ya mam
I used ta like the gnc brand with creatine kg somthin that shit is good.
