enough budget to spend, I got some protein from costco but it was low quality.

What's best is one that works vs one that costs a great deal. I used to buy and sell protein and when we started I'd sell (and use myself) a 15-kilo sack on unflavoured concentrate. We sold those for £4.00 a kilo.
