best and fastest way 2 increase size of arms

my arms are by far my weakest body part look wise...i think they look big, but measure just shy of 17inches...and i weigh 218, fairly lean, at 5'11, and 21years old...but my arms are pretty strong, just not big...with strict form, il curl 135 x 5, and close grip 265x6 or 8...just having problems adding size

Yeah, BBF, people like that piss me off. They focus on their upper body (arms especially) and neglect everything else. I wish someone would put them in their place, because they all think they're such hot shots. Probably can't even squat their bodyweight.
To me, it sounds like your:

1. Mislabelling
2. Over-generalizing
3. Jumping to conclusions- fortune telling and mind reading

Please think before you say something silly like this.

If you are using strict form with no cheating 135 X 5 on a barbell curl is better than most guys think. I rarely go over 110 ibs, when I am extremely strict, and mine are up to 18.5".

It could be the way you are training yoru arms. Mine were stuck at 17.5" for almost a year and I was preacher curling 155 and close gripping 315 for reps. When I reduced the weight slightly, and focused on really feeling the muscle, and training with very short rest periods, alot of supersets and drop sets for arms, I finally broke my plateau. I'm in the same boat as you, and really have a hard time getting my arms to grow, even when using sick amounts of weight training them. Its time to do something different. Still, at 21 with 17" arms you have alot of time for them to grow. You'll probably break the 20" barrier eventually if you stay at it, and find what works for you.
