I use higher doses of vitamin a to help clear mine but it takes a while. Best option don’t do steroids again. You are injecting the problem then asking for a solution.

Sun tanning and dipping in the pool a couple of times per week works for me.

How long has it been since you finished that cycle? Hormones take time to balance.
