it is called benefiber and its supposed to be good for digestion and that sort of thing
I was gonna try it. Anyone used it before and does it help you?
I would try to just eat enough raw fruits and veggies to get your fibre in. If you are still needing more, get some bulk psyllium husk. Super cheap and healthy/effective/
