bench shirt advice

ok the frk has a delemma, i tried a fellow bros inzer ply on mon, and i do not feel comfortable in it because i have never used a shirt before. i feel it is too tight and so duz he, but the "pro" says otherwise, he says it fits good..
my question is this, this will be my first meet and all, should i go out and do it raw?, the shirt threw me out of my personal groove so idk what to do,

i will probably order a denim inzer this week, should i go with a denim or poly? and which company has a shirt that lets you go higher on your chest, i bench like a bbr, and i intend to continue, or i will do "raw" meets from now on, lol. i heard if i order an inzer they let you come higher than a frantz, but i want some opinions.

also is there anyone out there who knows where i may find how to take the measurements for the shirt?

i thank everyone who replies ,,,
regards
frk

Hey Frkn Glad to hear you are hitting a meet. I can help you with this type of stuff. You can also call me if you need any help. I am sponsoring Jamie Harris at the Arnold this year too so we have mutual friends.

If you are able to get the shirt on virtually every "pro" powerlifter is going to tell you it is a good fit. It probably is a good fit to, but if you are not able to function with to it, it is not going to do you much good. A poly shirt is easier to work with and people can adapt to it better. You might want to work with one of them for a while until you are able to work with a denim.

There are three measurements needed for the bench shirt. Chest, shoulders and arm (bicep). They are all relaxed and circumference measurements (all the way around the body). Chest is taken approximately at the nipple line and shoulders is the widest point.

Good luck.

if you have never used a shirt i would definately go poly.easier to get used to . powfit is right on with how to measure.man if the shirt is throwing you off ,go raw for your first, depending on how much time you have ,you can get used to a poly very quick.how much time do you have before the meet????:D

2 weeks out...looks like you are going to have to go raw bro
unless you end up using your friends shirt and makin' something happen...hard deal there man.go raw and get your shirt for the next meetjust go in and give em' hell..................

i guess ill have to go raw, idk ill play it by ear, i am lookin at the inzer dbl ply poly blast for my shirt, idk

i hope this is a good shirt for me

 cheers all
