Bench Press

I do exercizes to strengthen my r-cuff. The incline bench at my new gym puts a lot of stress on my shoulders. This sucks!!! Try diff inclines till you feel comfortable.
 
benching wide in general put more strain on the infraspinatus and surrounding muscles. Benching inside and low (to the sternum), decreases shoulder rotation.
