405 squat
245 bench
435 dead

Out of curiosity, do you always shoot for about 10 pound PRs for your third attempts? Or are those your openers? How often do you try to compete?

When I first start a training cycle, I do shoot for around 10 pounds more than my previous. All my workouts are % based. But, if I find that I can't keep up with the workouts or they are getting way too easy, then the numbers get readjusted. I'll usually open with a weight that I can do for 3. That way, if I have a bad day, or something else goes wrong, at least I can stay in the meet by getting my opener.

I try to compete every 3-4 mos. I've got this one next month and then I'm hoping to find another in October. Each meet is building for the national meet in January :)
 
2.7 x BW Squat, 1.6 x BW Bench, and a 2.9 x BW deadlift....and that's assuming you're at the top of your weight class! GOOD STUFF!!! :D
