Nah, I don't, but then again I haven't gotten to 600 plus pounds on dead yet (one day!). Good thread, my question to some of the guys that responded would be: Do you recommend it for once we get to a certain level or always (like 3xs our BW or something)? Cause right now I feel like my core has a lot more to grow, and I do feel like a belt takes away from my core trying to stabilize my body when lifting...

I used to use the belts and the gloves when I was in HS and I dropped all of them when I started my current routine a while back, it sucked at first but callouses built and my forearms buldge up a bit, plus I feel like my core is growing faster.
