Wut would be a good diet to get started on i have been taking cell tech and nitro tech wut are good foods to eat to bulk me up?

Great post by mm. But 1 thing to remember is you need to keep working out. If you don't work out your body will turn to muscle instead of fat stores. (Learned from experience) Lost 30 pounds on my last cut but I wasn't 30 pounds overweight.

let me round up some guys with some bulking diet advice for you, i know one is on his honey moon...

How many cals a day is that? I would say for a bulker you need some more food for sure...

I have no experience with AAS, sorry.

I do everything the OTHER way ... :)

Yes to bulk you need to EAT

and eat often.. and not be afraid of getting a bigger belly... the abbages usually fade when bulking...

AAS or not, you need to eat for growth... it's not magic :)

Also, IMO it won't "burn fat" as some think... i think the people that think that, just have a very high metabolism and never eat enough to get serious growth.

At 165 go for 20-25x bodyweight for calories and see how you do with that.

track your foods: www.fitday.com

if you're not gaining weight weekly, eat more... it's all trial and error until you find out what works for you.

If you just want to shotgun it and see what happens... add more food for sure (whole eggs at breakfast, eat that snack sandwich again after dinner before bed), looks like very little... plug in a daily diet at fitday and post back up for us what it tells you that'll help alot...

meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, wheat toast and 20oz milk

meal 2: PB&J sandwich turkey maybe some tuna once in awhile and whole wheat bread and some swiss cheese (sounds good) Have some milk here too.

meal 3: shake and cell tech?

meal 4: 10oz steak, sweet potato, fish caps, milk

meal 5/dinner: yogurt, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup brocolli, milk

meal 6: Cottage Cheese, 2 table spoons of all natural Peanut butter fish caps

This appeals much more to me :) I tried to use most of the foods you had typed.
