Well here we go again after an 8 month layoff.
I always gain fairly well just trying to keep my total volume up to a certain level and adding weight whenever I can.
This usually gets me about 6 months in and gets me what I think are some good strength gains. This is where I usually hit the wall and either give up or get hurt.
I am trying hard to do my rotator cuff exercises and lower back work early and often this time round to avoid injury but I'd like to make it a year this time round and continue to make significant gains from the 6 month to the year mark.
