I'm 21 years old and 55 kg, I have a bird chest and I'm very skinny. It kind of runs in my family because everyone is tall and skinny like that. I was hoping you could give me some advice on the best workout for me to do and how often a week do I do weight training. I also do some running as well
 
Big compound lifts are for you
bench press
squats
dead lifts

3 times a week. But get started NOW!
 
Train 4-5 times per week but listen to your body. Rest is very important. Get to eating food and lean the compound movements. A 5x5 program is a great start.
