N new@gettinbig Guest Dec 30, 2001 #6 If you are doing it eary in the morning and you are cutting...no food..take a fatburner and hit the treadmill...it just depends on your goals etc...I have to eat a few hours before if I am going to eat..otherwise I feel sick....
