I look buff as all hell if i drink after working out,lol. But in reality it hurts muscle building.
 
There has been a huge write up on here about alcohol's effect. I mean there were like a huge number of negatives. Definatly not worth it, but I'm in college, and laying of especially on the weekends is pretty hard. I feel your pain, but 3 nights a week is too much bro. Sorry for critisizing.
 
When I was taking creatine and drinking i felt no worse than I do now after drinking not on creatine. But I dont know maybe the side effects are internal.
 
I'd say it wasn't too great mate cos I think they bith f*ck you liver.

Surely doing both will be worse??

saying that, i went to uni for 4 years and can honestly say I was swigging 5-6 times a week and lowered it to 3-4 when on creatine. It certainly made muscle progress non existent for me.

Maybe try just having one BIG drinking night instead of 3 normal???
 
Thanks for the imput..yeh il try to cut down as much as possible..cuz its just drains the water from the creatine i believe. well i'll do my best thanks later
