If you have already a good shape it will take 2 weeks other wise 3 to 4 weeks also it depend on person to person because everybody is different genetics and recovery etc ,about my self it took 6 days and i recover very faster because of my diet sleep are 100% perfect i don't use any stim or i don't eat shit year round i eat very super simple clean food is this way i am able to lower my cortisol [emoji3][emoji3]

the rule of thumb is it will take half as long as you were out to gain back your conditioning.. so if you were out 2 months give yourself 1 month to get back your conditioning

the break isn't a bad thing.. pro athletes even have offseasons and come back stronger each season

It's hard to say man. It depends on a lot of factors.

I wouldn't over think things and just focus on getting back to where you were. If it takes 1 month, 2 months, who cares.

It'll come back quick. Just stay focused and get to work :)
