The problem is that most beef protein powders are full of artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners etc. It'll probably give you just as much digestion troubles
Try adding probiotics and digestive enzymes to your meals
Hows your fiber intake? How much are you chewing meat before swallowing? Might sound stupid but it makes a big difference when it gets to your digestive track. It's much easier to digest small sized pieces rather than bigger ones. You should also double your vegetable portions.
