Food: NO WORKOUT today... slept in till 6. AM NTBM shake w banana 11am: 2 boiled eggs 6:30pm: NTBM shake w banana 9:00pm: Chicken and Kale salad
Trying to stay up later tonight cuz I ate so late...today was so hectic. Anyways tomorrow excited to work-out w hubby... Cardio & Abs I think.... (I can actually see them under the water & fat!!!) Got my hair cut today feeling good, color tomorrow and got the most bad ass pair of shoes today, need I say more??? Out for now.
