Food:
AM Pre-workout Craze
Post-workout NTBM shake w banana
Noon: 2 boiled eggs
3 pm: Black Beans and rice
Dinner: Carne Asada Tacos (bad carbs in tortillas)

Workout:
Chest & Abs
Smith Machine Incline Press (4x12)
Hammer Strength Flat Bench (4x12)
Incline DB Flys (4x15)
Push-ups
Hanging Knee Ups (4x15)
Planks (4x60 seconds)
Ball Crunches (4x20)
30 minutes cardio (4% @ 3.6)

Feeling good and pumped to see results soon.

Wednesday 1/16/13

Food:
AM Pre Workout craze
Post workout NTBM shake w banana
10am: 2 boiled eggs
3pm: greek yogurt
Dinner: Chicken & Kale Salad

Workout:
Back/Hams

TRX Bands Inverted Rows (4x20 bodyweight)
Seated Close Grip Rows (4x15 60/70/80/90)
Reverse Grip Lat Pull Downs (4x15 40/55/65/65)
Bent Over DB Rows (4x15 15/20/25/25)
Roman Chair Back Extensions (4x15...bodyweight)
Stiff Leg Dead Lifts (4x20 30/40/50/60)
30 minutes cardio (4% @ 3.6)

Ran Out of time for hamstrings, but felt them for sure!

Thursday 1/17/13

Food:
NO WORKOUT today... slept in till 6.
AM NTBM shake w banana
11am: 2 boiled eggs
6:30pm: NTBM shake w banana
9:00pm: Chicken and Kale salad

Trying to stay up later tonight cuz I ate so late...today was so hectic. Anyways tomorrow excited to work-out w hubby... Cardio & Abs I think.... (I can actually see them under the water & fat!!!) Got my hair cut today feeling good, color tomorrow and got the most bad ass pair of shoes today, need I say more???
Out for now.

Damn. Tell your wife not to post her numbers anymore, please. Now, I'm starting to get an inferiority complex :)
 
Great thread! I will def be following. My wife is is the same age and is looking to get back into the gym world herself and I will be using this log to help her on her journey. Keep it up!!!
