BCAA in the protein

Today I have made a little discovery – it turns outthat my protein also has the BCAA. In such case do I need to take myseparate BCAA, or I can just leave it for later and save it? It wouldbe great to save the BCAA for later. After all, it is money )
 
Depends on the precise kind and amount of the BCAA's found in your protein product. Some proteins have a rather complete BCAA content, and with them there is no need to use additional BCAA's, but this is not always the case. Sometimes the manufacturers will put minimal amount of BCAA's, in order to be able to say on the label that it has the BCAA's, and hence increase their prices. So try to find that out, and you will get an answer to your question.
 
BCAA's stand for branch chain amino acids. they are found in protein powders but also FOOD

that is why i tell guy to stop wasting money on those stupid bcaa powders when you can simply eat real food instead

the only BCAA i recmomend is GEAR from n2bm, it is actual super plasma protein
 
BCAA are really not necessary for most people. Unless you train fasted in the AM and want to prevent catabolism or you don't eat enough protein then there is no real reason to take them.
