Basic bodybuilding Foods

so I came up with some basic bodybuilding Foods and wanted to know if you experts on here I think if I just stick to this I can gain muscle and lose fat no problem

Oatmeal
Chicken
Beef
Rice
Brocolli
Juice
Water
Coffee
Am i missing something important here?
 
No juice unless you injecting the juice lol aas joke
all good on your stack but add some pork lean pork is good fish also
 
coffee isn't bodybuilding food and the juice needs to be fresh squeezed. i also am a beleiver in fruit. remember we evolved eating them and they are full of fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

No need to 'come up' with anything. There are 100's of books and millions of articles on it
