so I came up with some basic bodybuilding Foods and wanted to know if you experts on here I think if I just stick to this I can gain muscle and lose fat no problem

Rice
Brocolli
Juice
Water
Coffee
Am i missing something important here?
coffee isn't bodybuilding food and the juice needs to be fresh squeezed. i also am a beleiver in fruit. remember we evolved eating them and they are full of fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.
