L Lifterforlife New member Mar 1, 2006 #12 The reason I questioned it is I am 5'7", 180 with 16 1/2" arms. Right now at no more than 14% bf, more likely 12%. I am thinking if I had another 110 lbs. on me at 14%, surely I would have bigger than 19" arms.
