I'm curious what everyones bar placement on their back looks like...for GMs and squats

My bar placement tends to be pretty high...where is it around for you guys?

Well I place mine on the back of my traps they're pretty good size since I love my traps so I work them to make them bigger and it makes it easier to place the bar on it. But I would say I place it high too.

I see some guys put it sooo low it looks the bar is gonna fall back and slide down there back, it's crazy.

i have to agree with cubanito. i place the bar in the pocket that my traps make. i have tried to go lower but eventually i feel like the bar is going to roll off of my back.

I keep the bar pretty high in squats, and I put the bar a little bit lower in the GM's. It all depends on where you feel the most comfort.

I place the bar pretty low I guess, I try to put the bar in the gap that is formed between my rear delt and my lateral delt.

I cant squat without chalk on my back or elts the bar will roll of my back.

i put the bar pretty low, its helped me alot. Makes the weight feel lighter. If im wearing a t-shirt i too need a bit of chalk on my back. On my 2nd lift in my recent contest i forgot to get my back chalked and the bar slipped after i locked out and dropped an inch, causing me to step a bit forward, making me lose my lifts and having to try it again.
