balancing out anti biotics with supplements

I need to start taking antibiotics because I have a really bad sinus infection and there’s no other way around it
I’m curious what you thought about using supplements along with antibiotics to balance out my gut Flora? Should I be using probiotics during this time or should I wait till I’m done and then run them?

if you take anti biotics you need to take high amounts of probiotics to restore gut flora
