get lean diet!?!
whats up guys, i got a photo shoot coming up in one week and i wanna get down to about 7 %, im currently at 9%. Here's my diet, which will include; Clen days 1-7. It's a very low carb but high fat(good fats)
and protein diet.
Meal 1- 5 eggs(2 whole)
Protein shake/ w peanut butter
40g Protein
5g carbs
12g fat
Meal 2- Chicken breast
Bowl of salad
1 tbsp olive oil 40 g Protein
3 g Carbs
14 g fats
Meal 3- Same as meal 2 40 g Protein
3 g carbs
14 g fats
Pre-workout meal- Same as meal
2 & 3 in addition 1 apple 40 g protein
30 g carbs
14 g fats
Pwo shake- 40g protein, 60g Carbs
PWO meal- CHicken Breast
1 regular potatoe (insulin spiking for after workout)
tbsp of olive oil 40g protein
30 g carbs
14 g fat
Last meal- Chicken breast
Bowl of salad
tbsp of olive oil 40g protein
3 carbs
14 g fats
I will be muching on walnuts, seeds, ect. in between my meals. I wanna lose about 5-10lbs hopefully with the help of clen!
Any critiques, suggestions??
