Bad bicep, help!!!

Ive been injecting sus into my arms, been doin it for a month or so, into tris, delts and biceps, ive been varying when and where i inject, but, after a jab into each bicep the other day, my left arm hurts, ALOT!!! Its a little swollen, its sore, and its warm. Ive been icing it, and resting it. I dunno if its an abcess, hope not, had one of those in my glute before! What should i do? Sit it out for a couple of days or what? Has anyone had this before???

How long has it been?? If it goes on for a few days, go see a doctor. . .period. I never inject anywhere but quads, glutes and delts. . .heard/seen too many horror stories for other inject sites.

I recommend going to a doc.

Home remedy is massage it firmly throughout the day and get a heat pad to warm the area and heat it 3 times per day.

Call up Greg Valentino. Honestly I have no idea, sorry for the horrible advice.

Rub it out hard for a day or two, and if it continues to hurt, be red and hot to the touch then go to a doc. You may have been injecting too frequently into your bi's. They are still a small muscle when compared to injecting things into them. You were only injecting into your arms & shoulders, why not at least quads if you wanted to stay away from glutes?

I'd bet the farm it's just the prop in the sust causing the discomfort ....

You could'nt pay me enough money to inject sust anyplace but the glute , for me it's the only place on my body that will tolorate it . I did quads once with sust and i literly could not walk up a flight of stairs for 3 days .


Sust is the # 1 injectable to get discomfort complaints , i've never heard as many bitchs about any other injectable then i have about sust .

It's the mix .... I'm on straight prop at 100mg ED right now , in week # 5 so thats like 35 injections give or take and i've had zero issues . I'll bet if i went and cracked a few vials of sust and banged it in my glute i'd be walking like a duck in two days .

Some guys handle it well and some don't ... i'd hang for a week before running off to the doctor unless you get an abnormal growth happening thats irritated .

i had sust in my bicep once and wow it hurt ofr 1 week ...and i couldnt do anything... sust is very painful... evn if uh eat it...itll go back 2 the same spot in 10 minutes..you gotta jsut wait awhile...i waited a week and it finally got better and i could start working out again
