What benchmonster said is right.....once you force feed yourself long enough, your appetite will automatically increase....at least that is what happened for me......In May of my Junior year in high school I was 180lbs at 5'11" and stuck, then I discovered the joys of overeating...I drank a minimum of a gallon of milk per day, and a whole shit load of Gatorade, I ate tons of pasta and mashed potatos and I ate a lot of meats and fish too.....I drank milkshakes like they were going out of style....potato chips, candy bars.....i was just a total pig.....and that was in May, I was 16, I turned 17 on 6/29/96......by the time school started the last week in August I was 220lbs.....my bench went from about 280 to 330, my biceps went from 15 to a little over 17...I never experienced anything like it....and it was drug free, as i was too young for that shit.....and i didn't use supplements, except a protein powder....creatine was just starting to get popular in 96 and it wasn't real widely used, but then once i hit 220, i have never been lighter since, i could even stop pigging out and i maintained it..at 17, i am probably figuring it was just a growth spurt, part of maturing and all...i graduated in June at around 230.....now at age 23 I weigh 265 at 5'11", pretty solid too, chest is 52, waist is 37 bis 19.5...I have some pics if u wanna see.. best raw bench touch and go is 440, I can't say i nevr used a drug, but i will say that i never used a drug until i was 21 years old, and even then it was just LIGHT doses to get through a sticking point.........I still have a huge appetite, I still eat like a pig...a lot of fat and protein and carbs...but I find as I get older i can't eat all the sugar i did because i tend to get fat....I get a kick out of people who say they eat like pigs and can't gain weight, i was out with an old buddy of mine a few weeks ago and he was saying he eats like me but can't get over 175lbs...I just started to laugh, we ordered wings and he barely ate a dozen, and I inhaled 36 and a few slices of pizza.....people have no idea the kind of hard work it is to be a pig, but when u get used to it, U start to love food, hell, i will sit and watch the Food Network sometimes.....anyway, I went on too much, but Benchmonster's post got me thinking of the good old says and how much fun it is to step on the scale and every time see an eye popping gain......I will give you a littlle advice.....stick with food and a ton of it....don't fuck with supplements except maybe a protein powder or an MRP because they are nonsense and I don't feel they work.....If you decide to use AAS, wait until you've trained and eaten like a pig for a at least 5 years and have hit a true sticking point, and even then just use the smallest amount possible to break you through the wall, then cut it the fuck out until you get stuck again.
