I was wondering if having 5-6 slices of bacon every with breakfast when you are bulking and before going to the gym is ok, or it will turn in stored fat even if you workout an hour later, thank you.
2-3 x a week we get a post from someone who knows full well how the food they wanna eat got them out of shape and wants to carry on eating it. You know the answer is no. So stop asking

i can't think of 3 worst things for you. and people who say 'bacon tastes great'.. okay so what? because something tastes great that means you must eat it. this type of thing is why heart disease is the #1 killer
and no turkey bacon isn't any better either.. still processed
