Diet & Training: Here's the fun part - she's dropped 80lbs over the last 16 months. Exceptionally clean diet (focused on low-fat, mod carbs, dialed in protein). Training is bodypart per day - she's a major iron queen, so mostly freeweights.
She can squat 225lbsx10 with excellent form. I think this has contributed greatly to her overall conditioning - on leg day, she'll average 16-20 sets of squats pyramid, in addition to leg press & hack squats. She's my hero...not to mention a major turn-on!
